Vivienda Collective, LLC ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect when you visit www.viviendacollective.com or contact us about our interior design services, how we use that information, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the type of project you're inquiring about, your preferred language, and any message you include. When you visit our site we may also collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, referrer, and time spent on each page — only if you accept analytics cookies.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations, send project updates, and (in aggregate, anonymized form) to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic, but only after you opt in via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you accept, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies ("_ga", "_ga_*") to distinguish unique visitors. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no usage data is sent. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site, which will re-show the consent banner.
Embedded content
Our site embeds video from Vimeo and YouTube. When you load a page that includes those embeds, the third-party services may set their own cookies and collect technical information about your visit per their privacy policies (vimeo.com/privacy, policies.google.com/privacy). We do not control those services' data practices.
Email service
Contact form submissions are delivered to us via Resend (resend.com), which processes the email transmission on our behalf and stores delivery logs subject to its privacy policy. We retain inquiries in our inbox and project management systems for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal/accounting obligations (typically up to seven years for business records).
Sharing your information
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site and our business (email delivery, analytics, contractors and trades you authorize for your project). We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. California, EU, and UK residents have additional rights including the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (note: we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising). To exercise any right, contact us at marely@viviendacollective.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for 30 days.
